Sopa Azteca-Sopa de Tortilla. We LOVED this. Kids...not so much (as usual). Cooked chicken in pressure cooker, added to each bowl as directed. Used ancho chiles and roasted 1/2 of a red pepper with tomatoes (because I needed to use it up).
